CLEANING: Our top-of-the-line cleaning service dedicates about 5 hours to fully sanitize our home prior to check-in, ensuring a hygienic and spotless place for your visit. Because of recent developments, we have expanded upon our sanitizing procedure with CDC compliant methods, providing special attention to all frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, and by requiring special equipment for the cleaning staff.

HOUSE RULES:

No pets, including service animals, allowed anywhere in this listing, please.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property- cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping is against the house rules. Smoking is absolutely NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. $500 fine and additional $200 upholstery steam cleaning fee will be added to your stay and charged to the security deposit if found smoking in the house. Smoking, however, is fully allowed outside in the backyard. Thank you for being responsible guests!

BEFORE YOU SEND THE REQUEST TO BOOK: Please tell us briefly a bit about yourself-where you come from, how many guests are in your party and what is the reason for your stay.

OTHER: There are no any other hidden fees. Check-out is 11 am, firm. Check-in is 4 pm or after. Early check-in considered only if the place is not booked the night before and with prior arrangements made with the host ahead of time.
