This historic house was built in 1909 and fully renovated in 2017. It is cozy and convenient. Private yet in the heart of downtown. It has a fenced yard for your furry family members and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Sandpoint weather. Take a quick 3 block walk in either direction to get to the lake or two block walk to First Avenue (Sandpoint's main street) or Farmers Market.
Mountain Bike & hiking trails a quick 5 minute ride away. Get a sense of the easy South Sandpoint's lifestyle.
