Newly renovated studio at the corner of Valhallavägen and Odengatan. Two stairs. Subway and buses just outside the gate. The apartment has a newly purchased sofa bed, and large closet. The bathroom is brand new with underfloor heating. Laundry room and patio are in the building. Preferably for rent to companies. For rent only for one year with relocation 30th June 2021. Apartments have a code lock so no key is needed. One month deposit. The rent is paid in advance every month.
