If you are looking for a place to stay in Cebu that is walking distance to shopping malls, business district and accessible to transportation, then this is for you. Surround yourself with our home's well-thought of, tastefully-decorated interiors. Our vacation home is good for couples and business travelers . After a good night’s sleep, you’ll surely want to whip breakfast, which you can do in our equipped kitchen.

1.) For security purposes, we would like to request for a copy of your valid IDs (for locals) and passports (for foreigners). These will be submitted to the property management for you to have a smooth stay and experience. Since this is a residential condominium, the place is well secured and no guest will be allowed to enter the premises without the necessary permits.
2.) For weekly booking or more, we give free cleaning and change of linens and towels every 5 days .
3.) Some of the areas around the building are still undergoing final touches of construction so please bear with us if you see some structural residues outside the unit’s window.
4.) Please observe cleanliness, we supply garbage bag Please gathered your garbage and dump it in the designated area ( 2nd floor by the parking area)
