KAALVOET VILLA is the top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen, braai/fireplace, spacious lounge and dining room perfect for entertaining. KAALVOET VILLA can accommodat 8 - 10 people in the 4 en-suite bedrooms and two additional Daybeds. The view on Pearl Bay Ocean and the Cape Fynbos Green Belt on the side is spectacular! Yzerfontein is known for it's stunning sunsets which you will enjoy.

KAALVOET VILLA is the entire top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms. Located in Yzerfontein, the Kaalvoet Villa offers you a very luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated home with has uninterrupted views of the Ocean, a Fynbos Green Belt adjacent to the house as well as Dassen Island and Table Mountain!

The 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 - 10 people:

• Bedroom 1: 1 Super King bed and 1 Daybed with a bath and shower
• Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds with a shower
• Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed with a bath
• Bedroom 4: 1 x Super king bed with a shower

KAALVOET VILLA is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, ample crockery, cutlery and utensils, a fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher. You also have the use of the laundry equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The very spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck.

The garden at the back has a lovely Herb garden which you are welcome to use.
