Up to 6 guests get to stay in stylish surroundings that’ll give you that unmistakable home-from-home feeling. The lounge is spacious yet snug with high ceilings and a large bay window that really lets natural light flood into the room. It’s somewhere you can all make yourselves at home, with a fireplace to really dial-up the coziness and comfy seating for guests, on which you can watch the flatscreen TV.



The recently refurbished bathroom is big, bright, and decorated in a modern industrial-style. With both a bath and shower you and all your guests can get ready for your day or night out.



For those times you decide not to eat out or get a takeaway in, the downstairs kitchen and diner give you a smart space in which to prepare and enjoy food. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances that’ll give you what you need to make brilliant breakfasts, sumptuous snacks or delicious dinners. You can also keep your clothes clean using the washer/dryer.



The table makes for a great space for up to 6 to sit and enjoy formal meals or casual snacks. But you can also use the table for work or meetings if you’re in the Plymouth area on business. All guests will cherish the small courtyard space that’s accessed from the kitchen. It gives you somewhere outside to enjoy rest and relaxation.



When sleep calls, the two bedrooms offer four guests stylish and comfortable spaces to recharge. The master has a broad bay window and a kingsize bed plus plenty of storage areas for your belongings. So be sure to unpack when you arrive. And in the second bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and yet more storage space.



If you’re driving here, there’s free parking on the roads around the house and paid permit parking between 8am and 10am on the road outside.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

This 3-floor house is situated in the Mutley Plain area of Plymouth, to the north of the city centre. It’s close to Plymouth Railway Station and the University of Plymouth, so it’s especially handy if you are working, studying, or attending an event at the University. There are a whole host of other places nearby that you might like to visit during your stay:

Plymouth city centre - including its shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Plymouth Barbican - enjoy being amid the boats and high quality eateries.

Plymouth Hoe - it's the venue for some big events all year round.

Theatre Royal - if you’ve got tickets for a performance, make a night or weekend of it by booking to stay in this house.

Also, Plymouth Business District, Plymouth Pavilion and the Seafront can all be easily reached from the house.



GETTING AROUND

Bringing the car is definitely an option as there is free parking on-street around the house (although paid permits are required between 8am and 10am only on the road directly outside). Walking and cycling are also options for you if you stay here. For those preferring public transport, local bus services operate in the area, and the house is close to the train station.

During the summer months, ferry services operate from Plymouth Docks to France and Northern Spain, so if you’re planning to explore more of Europe during your stay, you can stay here and then easily access the continent without flying.
