This cozy and private suite is located in Sunnyvale, close to offices (GOOG, AAPL, MSFT, AMD, YHOO, AMZN, FB), shopping centers and highway 101. This suite sleeps up to 2 people on the 1st floor, right next to the entrance. The thermostat can be controlled inside the suite. The shared living room, kitchen, washer & dryer are all located on the 2nd floor.
There is plenty of street parking on the De Guigne Drive. If arriving before the sunset, you may find guest parking in the community.

We have a private bathroom attached to the cozy and quiet bedroom.
It is also walkable to Planet Granite Sunnyvale climbing gym!

We have a smart lock installed, a passcode will be provided to check-in.
For your and our safety, the house is protected by the Nest home security systems.
