The house is located at a close distance to a lot of conveniences: there is a citi bike stand one block away, a park with basketball courts and community pool nearby. Normandy Village is the main area at a walking distance where you can find multiple restaurants such as Taste of India, Las Vacas Gordas a steakhouse, a sushi place, a few cute latin cafes and a local Bar called Bob's. The beach is a 12-15 minutes walk from the house.
