The property has exclusive access to a large 2 acre private park that is shared with my other 3 airbnb properties. It is for your exclusive use and features lots of places to explore as well as areas for picnics and bbqs.

Sleeping Accommodation:
- 5 bedrooms (1 master en suite, 2 double rooms, a single room, a double sofabed and double bunk bed in the den/bedroom, double sofabed in the lounge).
- The rooms are all clutter free and feel bright and airy.

Large Spacious Conservatory:
- The glass table extends to seat up to 12 people.
- Underfloor heating and double glazing keeps it warm even in winter.

2 acre garden packed with features:
- Private garden with a lake, stream and many ponds. There is a rowing boat you can take out.
- Use the gas barbecue or charcoal bbq on the decking area. Seating for over 12.
- Feel free to picnic or play games.
- Feed the wild birds on the lake, which include: ducks, coots, geese, moorhens, swans and a heron.

Cozy Lounge:
- Warm real gas fire with remote control
- Large 60inch flat screen TV with 100s of satellite channels including sky sports. There is also surround sound system, dvd player (with DVD movies) and xbox (with games).

Kitchen
- Compact in size with gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and lots of empty storage cuphoards. All the pots, pans and utensils you could need are available. The fridge is empty except for some milk we leave for guests.

Other features:
- Fast wifi internet
-There is enough off road parking for two cars. We can arrange another two parking spaces if required.

The house is situated 5 mins from the m60 ring road. This provides great access to the north, south and east via the motorway. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Manchester center by car. The airport is approximately 20 minutes by car (using the ring road). The Trafford center (very large mall) is about 10 minutes drive. Walkden station is the nearest station (5 minute walk). This will take you to Manchester city center in about 15 minutes.

There are two convenience stores on the neighbouring street (about 2 minutes walk). There is a very large 24 hour Tesco Supermarket about 2 minutes drive away.

Manchester city center is a 20 minute drive or 30 minute train journey; here you can visit the huge shopping centres, the city's museums, bars, restaurants and cafes. There are also various attractions that are within a few miles of the house, including The Lowry, a waterside complex that houses theatres, galleries, restaurant, café and bars. The Imperial War Museum is also a great way to spend a day. Blackleach Country Park is a 15 minute walk and is an ideal place to enjoy the countryside, take a picnic, go fishing, feed the ducks or simply enjoy the local wildlife. London is 2 hours by train from Manchester.

Just spent 2 nights at The Reach. It was perfect for our needs. 3 couples and 4 grandchildren, aged 1, 2, 4 & 5. As most reviews have commented, the outside of the property is misleading as the interior is like the Tardiis! We found it spotless with everything you might require and Marie, the housekeeper, had been very helpful prior to our visit arranging for a second cot and second high chair to be made available. The dining area was great accommodating us all around the large table. (We'd been there several hours before we spotted the downstairs toilet! ) The garden area is magnificent, shame we weren't visiting in the summer but the grandchildren loved the Treasure Trail and rewards - a lovely touch (but bring wellingtons). The Welcoming File of information was also very informative relating to the house and neighbourhood. Another great Airbnb property. Highly recommended - perfect for a family gathering or 4 couples.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The location is actually a lot nearer to the centre than it appears on the map and was perfect for niping in and out of the city. The best thing for us was that the living space was large enough to accomodate us all. We are a family of nine and it was great to have a living room and a dinning room that could seat us all. I can't recommend this place enough.

Situated in a quiet residential cup de sac, the house was as described in the advert. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The space downstairs was large enough to accommodate the large number of people in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were good sized. We didn't use the outside space as it was raining most of the weekend. Very easy to make the trip into Manchester from the property too.

Hi there, I travel frequently and prefer the informal and friendly nature of airbnb hosts over hotels. I have a few listings on airbnb and enjoy creating a considerate space that i think fellow travellors will enjoy. The Manchester properties are perfect for families and groups of friends. They share access to a large private garden that includes a lake, decking area and friendly swans. The London flat is ideal for travellers who want a convenient base in London. It has 180 degree views over the dock and is 30 secs from the tube. All properties houses have good wifi, flat screen TV and other thoughtful touches.
