A private self catering unit with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen size bed, and the other one is smaller with bunk beds. There is an extra bed (Futon as a sofa bed) in the living room. You have your own entrance and the place to park two cars behind the electric gate. You will enjoy your private garden and you will have an access to the big pool and deck.

If you love nature and tranquility, we have a beautiful garden with lot of trees, flowers and each unit is independent.

You can also enjoy the big pool and the deck after a day of exploring.

Leaving France in 2010, for a two years roadtrip across Africa, Sandrine's family have decided to drop their suitcases in this beautiful town seven years ago, and Cape Town is a delight that Sandrine loves to share. But not only Cape Town, should I say, the beautiful surrounding nature of the all western cape. The cottage studio is situated in Hout Bay (25 minutes from the City center) on our proterty, which is a very nice quiet area with full of surprises > The amazing scenic road "chapman's peak" starts here. Only 15 minutes walking to Sandy bay, this amazing piece of nature is a paradise for hiking, riding, sliding on the dune, enjoy the sundowner on the beach!. The studio is also pretty close to Llandudno beach (10 min drive) which is one of the most beautiful beach of Cape town. Hout Bay is a paradise for all nature lovers, hikers, sportsmen whatever the sport you practice even surf if you don't mind of cold water. The omnipresent ocean, also, has its share of surprises ; whales in season, Cape penguins, seals, sharks.... and breathtaking points of view. Sandrine can organize for you some beautiful hiking (10min walk from the house), You just have to discuss with her. She is also an official cultural tour guide, she will bring you for a day in an artistic journey by discovering the creative energy of cape town.
