Paradise, set on 23 acres, about a third of which is open forest, 700m lake frontage.
Extensive beautiful native trees set in lovely spaces, almost 100 fruit trees/native bushes. Four deck areas. Master architect designed renovated property.
If you find something similar let me know, because I'll be most surprised. The property is, quite simply, unique, to have such views, such direct lake access along 700m of frontage, no passing traffic with a stunning architect designed residence. Great birdlife and animals.
23 acres of beauty, direct access to the lake in a number of areas.

This is a lovely bush environment with amazing views. Be careful of snakes, and always keep the doors of the house closed to keep out the amazing birdlife, goannas, any rodents, flies, etc
Please keep all fly doors/doors closed at all times except of course to pass through. If this is not adhered to, bats, birds, snakes, rats, mice, wombats, flies can enter the property and potentially be a danger. This is a rural property. There is an unfenced dam on the property and children should only be near it in the company of an adult, and children should only venture to the steep borders of the largely unfenced property with an adult.
We don't offer 24 hour checkin, and ask that all arrivals are before 8pm at the latest.
Please read these House Rules again directly before Occupancy/yr arrival.
With peace and tranquility. However, on 23 acres, there is room to make a lot of noise if you wish, or for the kids to yell. Be tidy, keep the doors closed, no smoking except outside but only when on the lawn. No smoking on fire ban days in summer, and smoking should only be outside on grassed areas. Dogs/pets may only stay by agreement, and are to stay outside unless further prior agreement has been sought and given by the owner. As noted above, doors should not be left open at any time, however the fly wire doors can be closed but the main glass doors left open. House must be left in same clean condition as found, aside of course from the obvious things such as linen, beds, towels, toilets which we clean. Perishable rubbish needs to be removed as there is no rubbish collection from the property, however we remove all recyclable material, such as bottles, cardboard etc, which often forms the bulk of rubbish anyway.
Parties and events by negotiation please. We no longer do weddings, due to damage and cleanup.
Being a large property, and especially over late spring and summer, the owner or manager may be staying in the cottage. This may be particularly necessary at very dry times for watering etc. The owner completely respects the need for privacy of guests. It is worth noting though, that virtually every guest has willingly initiated interaction.
Minimal to no interaction. I have a local manager who is on site from time to time in the cottage, or I may be onsite doing maintenance, primarily of the large garden and of fruit trees etc.. The key will be provided upon your arrival.
