Our studio-style basement flat has its own private entrance and its own dedicated bathroom. The flat is centrally heated. Being a basement flat in an old house the ceilings are low!

The studio layout includes a small double bedroom and lounge. In the bedroom is a king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. The studio layout has a walk-through from the bedroom into the lounge. The lounge includes a TV and kitchenette.

The kitchenette includes a sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, twin hob, fridge and enough crockery and cutlery for your stay. Leading from the kitchenette area of the studio, there is a small conservatory hallway area with fridge and plenty of space for your coats and shoes etc.

The spacious bathroom is separate to the main studio room. The brand new bathroom suite has a full size bath. Due to the low ceiling height there is no shower. In the hallway under the stairs is a handy storage area for your luggage and such items.

We provide you with tea, coffee, sugar, towels and Wi-Fi for your stay. You are also welcome to use our garden during your stay, we also have plenty of space for bikes, canoes and kite surfing kit!

Being a basement flat in an old house the ceilings are low! Our flat, whilst being part of our family home, has its own private access and entrance, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. There is free on street parking in the neighbourhood (but please be aware this can be very busy) in addition to town centre car parks a couple of minutes away.

We have 3 children and a friendly young dog who has much love to show all our guests! We all look forward to meeting you.

We are located very close to Exmouth town centre, so during your stay you benefit from being just a couple of minutes from the shops and eateries that Exmouth has to offer. Stroll just a few yards further and within 10 minutes you can enjoy Exmouth's 2 mile blue flag beach! The promenade includes a pavement based cycle path which runs the length of the beach – so perfect for family bike rides with young children, as well as a stroll for visitors of all ages.

For visiting families, Exmouth is located very close to many all weather attractions that include the popular Crealy and The World of Country Life. Exmouth is a mere 8 miles from the gorgeous historical city of Exeter and within an hour’s drive of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. Our location 10 minutes walk from the train station means such days out are easily accessible. The train station is also located right next to Exmouth’s M&S Food Hall – perfect for picnic treats! We will happily share our recommendations with you for days out in the area.

Exmouth’s ideal location on the Exe Estuary means that it boasts a wide range of water sports. Exmouth has become a mecca for kite surfers, with many of the country’s best visiting and training here.

If you are hoping to enjoy the Jurassic coast or excellent scenic cycle-ways such as the glorious Exe Estuary Trail, we have plenty of space in our secure garden for the storage of your bikes. We can also recommend cycle hire shops that are only a few minutes’ walk from our house.

Parts of Exmouth are also located on in the East Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Exmouth is renowned for its position at the gateway of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site.

Our studio-style basement flat is located in the town centre of the seaside town of Exmouth – with its 2 miles of award winning sandy beaches! We are a 2 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk from the beach!

The flat is situated in the basement of our family home, we will greet you when you arrive with us, show you the flat and also the private entrance which is to the rear of the property.

We are a busy family of 5 that work locally so we are in and out of the house a lot, making us available to answer any queries. We are happy to share our local knowledge and recommendations with you.

As the space is in our home we prefer to receive bookings from guests that have reviews and/or have completed all Airbnb's verification steps.
