Traffic free beach access at the end of the next block, a 6 minute walk or 30 second drive w/free parking. We offer weekly and monthly discounts from 11%-41% based on time of year. Rent with confidence, fully licensed by FL state. Short term lease to be signed and returned prior to your stay. Must let us know if bringing a pet. Approval and fee required.

This is an island. Quiet residential area. Local culture and eats (no franchises allowed on the island with the exception of a Subway and a brand new Dunkin Donuts!). Great dive bar with indoor and outdoor seating, live music, fresh seafood, and cocktails at the end of the next block across from the beach! This is seaside island life at its best
