Comfortable beds, fresh towels, bath essentials and kitchen amenities. Perfect for families, couples and groups who want a roomy home. When anyone first walks into our place the first thing that people say is how bright, light and open it is.

You will never share your booking with strangers. You'll have the entire space to yourself and will only share it with those you're traveling with.

****A unique benefit to our property is the ability to rent both floors with a total of 6 bedrooms, combining our other AirBnB listing! Perfect for large groups and families.****

We have a large home that has been furnished with local hand made furniture from Choiseul and artwork from a local St. Lucian artist who has produced work for decades on the island. There are also wide front and back covered balconies. The back balcony features an open deck overlooking the back garden, with chairs, table and umbrella, great for relaxing with your morning coffee. Living room opens out into a large front balcony through French doors.

Entrance to Second Floor is through gates on the left side of property.

Guests have private access to the entire home, kitchen, living room, dining room and both bathrooms. Kitchen features coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, range and microwave. Also has built in washer and dryer.

Do not hesitate to hire our preferred driver Ali who knows our house location and the island of St. Lucia like the back of his hand!! He will tell you anything you need to know about the beautiful island of St. Lucia while he drives you to Kai Mweh! note. His rates are generally lower than the taxi drivers that will accost you at the airport upon arrival and will rely on your directions to get them to Kai Mweh!!

*** LIABILITY AND DAMAGES ***

Guest are responsible for ALL damages during their stay!

Including, but not limited to appliances, cookware, glassware, plates, furniture,
artwork, towels, bedding, curtains, pillows, pottery, etc.

EXAMPLE OF DAMAGE FEES:

HEAVY MESS Cleaning Fee - US$125

If guests leave the house in a state of severe uncleanliness that requires deep cleaning, guests will be charged a Heavy Mess Cleaning fee PLUS the Standard Cleaning fee US$40.

Beach Towels - US$40 ea.

If guests lose one one of the orange beach towels, we will have to charge guests a replacement fee.

Early Check In/Check Out Fee: $50 US

Please make sure to take all belongings. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility of any items left at the property after check out.

My wife and I have been visiting St. Lucia for several years now and our friends and family kept saying that our place was perfect for AirBnB so we thought: "ok (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) is the year we'd list it finally." :-) I am born and raised in New Orleans and my wife is born and raised in London, but she is St. Lucian by origin. We are fortunate enough to see St Lucia both through the eyes of locals and through the eyes of tourists. When on the island, I am addicted to Friday fish night at Gros Islet (a must experience) and my wife Karen drops everything around 6pm to catch the sunsets.
