The Bungalow is a tidy functional space at the rear of our home, located 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool, and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. We’re just around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens - and the fab little Pleasant Hill Coffee van!

Most pets are very welcome to stay with pre-approval.

The Bungalow is an 800m walk to a local non patrolled surf beach. Warrnambool’s main street Liebig St with restaurants and a shopping strip is 1.6km away.

Positioned 15 metres from the back deck of the main house in the rear of the backyard, The Bungalow 16 is completely self contained with a large gated backyard which is ideal for guests with dogs.

** *Please note that the vacant building lot next to the bungalow has had a new build site dig out commenced April 2022 and I am unsure how long works will take place for. Please take into account that there may be noise if workers are onsite!

You’ll enjoy our functional accommodation with:

- 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Stan etc to use your own Log In for
- portable fan for summer
- Split System Daikin Air Conditioning/Heating
- Wi-Fi

** PLEASE note that the electric hot water service is 50 litres only so two 5 minute showers and it needs 20 mins to refill. If you need long comfy hot showers this may not be the listing for you

There is no LAUNDRY area in our bungalow but a modern laundromat is only a 4 minute walk away next to the Fish and Chip shop and milk bar in Nicholson St.

Warrnambool is usually a busy tourist town and there is plenty to do.

Visit a search engine and type in *Warrnambool and Visit* to find our local council website and to find out more about our fabulous regional city.

Our bungalow is reasonably close to Lake Pertobe, Proudfoots, the stunning Hopkins River and the Main Street and eateries.

We have some neighbours dogs behind the bungalow in the next street over who can be rowdy occasionally when their family are at work! Please tell us immediately if this is a problem and we’ll chat to them.
