This room is useful to access to the tourist spots of Nagoya.

You can use free portable wi-fi.

You can use 2 routes of subway(Higashiyama line, Meijo line). And 3 subway stations is near from my room(Shin sakae machi station, Yabacho station, Sakae station)
It takes 8min ride from Nagoya station to my room.

It takes 10min walk from Shin sakae machi station to my room!

Miejsce
There are many amenities.(Shampoo, Body soap, Towels, etc)
And there are kitchen goods and washing machine. So you can use this house long term stay.

There are 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed with futon(Japanese mattress) and futon.
So 4 persons can stay in this room. But maybe little small with 4 persons. I recommend you to use with 3 persons.

Please be aware of the following these points.

1.To show us your passport or identification
In Japan, identification is required to use the room for your stay.
Foreign travelers should submit copies of your passports.
Please check the message that will be sent after your booking completed.

2. Entry of guest information
After your booking is completed, we ask you to fill out guest information asap before you stay.
Please remember to do that for everyone, as we cannot tell you how to enter the room.

3. Identity confirmation
We have a camera or a tablet pc for identity confirmation in the room.
Be sure to take id procedure with it asap after entering the room.
Please note that if we cannot identify all of you, we may notify the police.

4.About waste disposal
Please leave garbage inside.
Don't throw garbage away outside.
If you leave outside, you will be charged 10,000 yen for waste disposal.

5.About noise
Be careful with your noise and voice.
This is a normal residence.
There are some neighbors.
If we receive some complaints about noise, our staff may hasten to your accommodation.
If staff do so, you will be charged 10,000 yen as the cost. Be careful.

6.About check-in and check-out time
Check-in time is 4pm
Check out time is 9am
If you want tp early check-in and leave luggage before check in, it is possible after 12pm.
If you want to delay check-out time, it is possible until 12pm.
However, we charge 5,000 yen as an additional fee because it affects time to clean rooms. (Please contact us for details if it is free by using the campaign)
Also, if you are delayed to check-out time without notice, it affects time to clean rooms, so an additional charge of 5,000 yen will be charged.
Please be sure to leave by check-out time. (If you want to delay check-out time, please contact us 1 day before check out)
