Our two spare bedrooms are in the basement and share one bathroom. Each has an excellent quality queen-size bed. There is an additional couch and daybed for a larger group. We enjoy hosting guests.
Quiet country log home located 1 mile west of Leamington UT and 20 miles north of Delta UT. Bedrooms each have a queen bed, access to wireless internet and TV with DVD. We are located near the Intermountain Power Plant and Little Sahara Sand Dunes. Nearby is the U-Dig Fossil site (a trilobite dig site). Many visitors enjoy nearby Topaz Mountain and other rockhounding areas. Or take a walk on the surrounding country roads and enjoying viewing the wildlife.
Ann makes excellent home-cooked meals and breakfast is included with your visit. You could stay for some quiet restful time in the country or perhaps you are working as a contractor at the local IPP. You may enjoy dinner with the family for an additional fee of $10 per person.
Best restaurants in nearby Delta: Zapata's (Mexican), Rico's El Jalscience (Mexican), Rancher Cafe Gold Room (American), Subway, McDonalds, Delta Freeze.
Jerry has 2 kayaks and a canoe and life jackets. He will take interested parties on a guided tour on the nearby Sevier River, located in Leamington (approximate time of tour is one hour).
Provo, Salt Lake City, Zions Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Wheeler Peak are all within a few hours' drive.

I am an engineer at the local IPP power plant, and my wife is a homemaker. We have six children, two of which are still at home, while three are in college and one married. We enjoy meeting new people, hiking, gardening, scouting, soccer, and traveling to interesting places.
