Imagine felling the Ocean Breeze reclining on a sofa of this luxury of the Mediterranean contemporary Villa, Located in the popular Beach Tract area and in front of the Golf Course in Pacific Grove, a block to the beautiful Monterey Bay, this very large four bedroom, three and a half bath, uniquely modernist yet ultimately California developed home, brand new built-in 2018. This modern architecture boasts large front windows of the split-level living room, separate dining area and two suites on the main floor. A spacious attached three car garage and private large lot with gorgeous views of the Golf Course and Ocean, Second level has the master suite and guest room, all within a 1/2 block to the beach and in the sought after Pacific Grove School District. (Note: this is four bedrooms, three 1/2 baths with approximately 6500 square feet of living space, the second story is a shared bedroom for both masters and a half bath. We also have an ocean view turret den to accommodate a couple roll-away for extra guests.
Our home is centrally located in the best of both worlds steps away from amazing coastal trails, walking distance to Famous Fishwife restaurant and golf, about a mile to PG downtown and 1.5 miles to 17-mile drive gate. what is there not to love about this unique jewel of Monterey Bay

Checkout Instructions: Please close/lock all windows and return all furniture -if moved- to its original position. Also, toys and Games as well as movies and books, have to return to the place they were found as well. It will be helpful for housekeeping if you can strip the beds and leave towels and linen on the ground. Renters are responsible for clearing the dishes and put them away. If you are in a hurry, you could start a load on the dishwasher as well. Trash day might not be specified in your instructions. Because some neighborhoods are extremely particular with rules about trash, specific times to be put out, or locations, etc, We request for you to DO NOT take the trash out. So please make sure you have all trash in bags, that's all; housekeepers will make sure to put it in the proper location. Once again, thank you for choosing our home for your getaway. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Make sure the information above regarding the number of adults, children 3 and under, and pets is correct. Violation of these policies may, at LuxeVaca's option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Or, the credit card on file may be charged for maximum occupancy or double the guest fees- whichever is higher. Please get prior approval for any visitors and day guests or they will also be considered unauthorized guests. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Check in time is 3 pm, check out is at 11 am. Early arrival/late departure not offered for this property unless arranged 24 hours before your arrival.
Check the Amenities Chart on our website to make sure you know what your rental is equipped with. Firewood will be provided for properties with wood-burning stoves or fireplaces. Outdoor fires are not permitted for some properties; please feel free to call the customer service number for any questions regarding questions about local rules/regulations.
Each property will have a specialty book of recommended dining, fine dining, bakery's and coffee shops, activities, grocery stores and pharmacies local to your stay for your convenience.
Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and laundry detergent (for first load only) are provided at properties with dishwashers and washer/dryers.
LuxeVaca will provide standard shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens for each property. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside, properties with hot tubs and pools do allow usage of towels outside.
Please make sure you are familiar with our cancellation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages (see your Rental Agreement for all these).
We are a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able to resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
