Located in one of the most sort after areas of the Costa del Sol, this San Pedro beachside villa is perfect for families and couples looking to be close to the beach, all amenities and to enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood whilst relaxing during your holiday.

This luxury villa consists of 3 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite off the master bedroom. The villa also boasts a spacious, light and airy lounge and dining area where you can enjoy UK and other international TV channels, Netflix's and high speed internet. The lounge leads onto a fabulous garden, south facing so you have sun all day to enjoy the comfy terrace seating, or the sun lougers available whilst sitting in paradise and not forgetting the fabulous roof terrace and Jaccuzi. (Jacuzzi spa is available for use at a surcharge of 10.00 Euros per night)
In the evening sit under the stars and enjoy a BBQ and glass of wine. This peaceful, beautifully located villa also comes with full air conditioning for those summer days and nights and also heating for the winter months. The villa includes towels, beach towels and a safe.
The San Pedro beachfront is only a short walk from the villa where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in Spain sampling delicious tapas and seafood. The town of San Pedro is also just a short walk away to experience some of the local culture. A car is not necessary at this fabulous villa.

San Pedro is a very comfortable walk from the apartment. An ancient farming community, famous for growing sugar cane, today San Pedro is unspoilt and still traditionally Spanish.The main street of San Pedro is Marques del Duero, which boasts many banks and shops, including a street, where you can find ice cream stalls and small bars.San Pedro is home to various fiestas, but the main one is the fair in October. The streets are lined with fairground stalls and rides.The beach front of San Pedro de Alcantara is a very short walk from the villa also. Here you can find many beach bars and restaurants. San Pedro is also home to a market, held every Thursday. You will find fruit and veg, along with a lot of tradition!
Puerto Banus:The dazzling marina of Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, trendy restaurants and bars, is a magnet for visitors to the Costa del Sol.Around the port are a string of café’s, bars and restaurants and a string of boutiques and gift shops. While restaurants of the quayside are the places to be seen, you’ll sometimes get better value from the small restaurants tucked away up flights of stairs on the back streets. A great place for spotting celebrities. At night the smart restaurants, trendy bars and clubs are filled with people. The street market is in Puerto Banus, near the bullring, starts early in the morning until 2 in the afternoon.
Marbella: is one of the ritziest resorts on the Costa del Sol. The playground of the rich and famous.The town’s attractions include a thriving commercial centre, the coastal promenade, beach and yacht harbour and the Casco Antiguo (old town).A must is the ‘plaza de Los Naranjos’ (orange square) in the old town. Cross over the main road from the beachside to find the picturesque maize of streets, pretty squares and whitewashed buildings. A delightful area to browse the shops. This is a popular place to enjoy a drink or eat al fresco, in a vibrant atmosphere.
