Kohinui Studio is a studio with a difference. There is a 2nd bedroom and a separate toilet as well as a standard bathroom. This is suitable for a family of 4, or for individuals & couples.
There is a TV and fridge with tea & coffee, and a lovely little deck gives you a place to sit outside the queen bedroom.
The Studio is separate to our main B&B villa, with breakfasts served in the main dining room of the villa.
You have use of all property amenities including the games room and pool.

Miejsce
Kauri Villas in Parua Bay, Whangarei, is more than just your standard B & B. Set on 12 acres incl. unspoilt native bush, with over 1km of paths to explore, large native trees, streams, waterfall, and native birds. The bush walk requires medium fitness level as is steep in parts. Kauri Villas sits atop a hill with stunning views over the harbour.
We have accommodation for up to 18 guests in 5 separate suites and self contained units.
All guests have access to a guest lounge and dining area, pool and spa pool are available for guests to enjoy. BBQ, kitchen and laundry available on request. We also have a games room in the old barn, which includes billiard table, table tennis, & foosball.
We also have sheep and chickens which guests can feed.

Parua Bay is 20 minutes from Whangarei township. We are not on a bus route, so own transport is required. We have plenty of parking on the property.

Pobraliśmy się 27 lat z dwójką wspaniałych dorosłych dzieci. Większość życia spędziliśmy w Devonport w Auckland. Zmieniliśmy styl życia i przenieśliśmy się do tej pięknej części Northland.
Mike jest żądnym hokeja i uwielbia wędkarstwo kajakowe. Andrea uwielbia wszystko, co kreatywne, zwłaszcza maszynę do szycia.
