I really wish you would have expressed your concerns during the stay so I could have addressed it immediately. Instead, I can only respond now through this medium.
I am NEVER rude to any guests and always answer as prompt as possible so I am sorry if you misinterpreted the tone of my messages. You only sent me 1 message regarding your trouble checking in and I responded immediately to make sure you entered ok.
I have a professional cleaning service in between every guest so I am sorry to hear that it was dusty or not up to your standards of cleanliness. If you would have let me know, I would sent the cleaners back immediately to address any and all concerns.
The ceiling height is short and I recommend in my AD that the apartment might not suitable for people over 6".
I treat reviews like this very seriously and I will make sure everything is addressed.
