It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, main kitchen, dining and living areas and entertaining spaces allow up to 12 guests to spread in and out for fun and enjoy holiday home.

*Group restrictions -maximum of 8 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with A Gold Coast Holiday Rentals team. All adult guests MUST be over the age of 25. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.
* House guests only, other guests on specific arrangement with the host
* A $1000 Security Deposit will be required. This is processed by Air B&B
*Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline).
* No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted.
*We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
You must also acknowledge
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000
Christmas and New Year Bookings: If you're booking covers both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 nights in length unless otherwise approved directly with A Gold Coast Holiday Rentals management team.
