the apartment is in the center of Abbadia Lariana, a beautiful little town on Lake Como.
It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The flat consists of: a bedroom, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and 2 balconies overlooking the lake.
The central location allows you to reach in a few minutes on foot the beaches and services such as convenience store, pizzeria, bus stop, pier and many more.

City tax for recervations from 01 March to 30 September
Following the municipal regulation of the Municipality of Abbadia Lariana, a city tax is required for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The value of the tax is 1 € x guest x night

Exemptions:
- guests with 65 years old
-disabled visitors an accompanying person.

The tax must be paid at the arrival during the check-in, by cash.

At check in you will be asked to show a document to fulfill public safety obligations.
