Dear Bin, when you arrived in advance of what you said, we lent ourselves to arrive on time and welcome you as quickly as possible.
We answered to all your questions and at the end of your stay we found a broken object, which came to us to cost a huge sum, not refundable with only 10 euros that you left.
If you had problems during your stay, you could contact us personally. But you did it only later with your review.
And another thing, with our apartment, it is not allowed to offer breakfast for legal reasons. We leave the bare minimum for guests who stay more than one night and do not have the possibility to go to the grocery store immediately.
We are not required to keep any kind of food at home.
Nobody has ever complained about the things you complained about.
And you stayed only one night.
