Jenny, I am sorry you had to cry to find the cabin. I think this cabin was the wrong choice for you. This cabin is wonderfully located away from city life among 100 pine trees and people go there to enjoy the serenely and tranquillity of the woods. If you had read my directions well, you would have found the cabin just fine. I am sorry that you are used to GPS. But once you get to the nature and the pavement ENDS, then you have to relay on directions given to you. I also had warned you with multiple call attempts that you should try to get there before dark . You see, these are all the points every body loves about our cabin. It is in the woods. If you drive the speed limit and take the historic route 66, you are in Flagstaff no later than 25 minutes. Air BnB has no place for guests to pay for Pet fee, which you ended up not paying us, thank you very much. Air BnB asks us hosts to send a "money request" for the pet fee , which I did, but you ignored it and never paid us our pet fee. You said it was too much to ask $25 for pet fee. I told you, I trust you and you can leave us even $1 if you wish. But I guess the trust issue is clear now. Guests help themselves with our wood on the property and leave us some tip to reimburse us for the wood. If this is what you refer as extra fee?? The cabin is in the woods and has a cistern. It is potable water, you can drink it but often people bring their own water. We had water for you in the fridge , you could have helped yourself for $0.50 a bottle, or bought water from the store 6 miles away. All these infos were given to you the day you booked the cabin. I never texted you with any hostile texts. Why would I anger my guest who will have control over my cabin?? I am sorry that you now interpret ever thing in a different way because you are angry that I asked for $25 pet fee, which you never paid and left the cabin full of dog hair and torn pillow cases. I wished you at least would have cleaned after your dog in front of the cabin. It gets below freezing point up in Parks. That is why we have to shut of the main water and the water pump. Sorry that was a big chore for you. All the guests so far had no issues with it. This is part of being "out there" . One appreciates water, water pressure, heat etc. The resources are limited when you are in the woods. I think this was a wrong choice for you. I thank a Holiday Inn room in Flagstaff down town would have been a more convenient choose for you. I am truly sorry that I caused such discomfort that you almost cried.
