NEW Development at Black Rock Ridge Subdivision. With the location of this unit at the top of the ridge, the views from this unit are unsurpassed. This is an END unit that is absolutely stunning with incredible views of the mountains and Jordanelle Valley. There are two living areas, one on each floor, each with fireplaces and 65 inch WIFI Smart Televisions. All bedrooms have TV's also. The sofas in each living area pulls out to make a Queen sized bed. On the main level is the first Master bedroom/master bath with king bed, gourmet Kitchen, Laundry Room, living and dining room plus a fireplace, powder room and outside deck with a gas grill. On the lower level is the second Master bedroom/master bath with a queen bed, the third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, family room with computer and fireplace plus access to the oversized hot tub on the back patio so you can watch amazing sunsets! There is a Big Green Egg for charcoal barbecuing and a swing. Parking is easy as 2 cars are allowed on the driveway. Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts are only 8 minutes away! High speed internet with a booster is included. No Smoking.

This was a great place to cozy up for Thanksgiving! The kitchen was wonderful, the rooms were cozy, and the location was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful condo in a great location. The host were great communicators and provided complete instructions to make the stay very easy. The place was clean comfortable and extraordinarily nice.
