We appreciate your feedback! We strive to achieve excellence and take our hospitality very seriously. We apologize that the sofa bed was too firm for your liking. We wish we could turn those couches into memory foam mattresses like our extremely comfortable beds, haha! In addition, we are sorry to hear that the upstair neighbor kept you from enjoying your stay. If you would have let us know about this noise earlier, we could have spoken to them and reminded them to be more respectful. However, because you did not inform us of this, and it is beyond our control, there is nothing we can do about it now. In regards to the construction, we have provided a note on all of our listing that specifically states, "We sincerely apologize for the ongoing construction" to inform our guests as we take honesty very seriously. We apologize that you had overlooked that part on your behalf before booking. In regards, to the insect that you saw, we have an extremely professional cleaning team and have never received one bad review regarding the cleanliness. In fact, all our reviews mention that the place is spotless. Unfortunately, when people open the doors and come in and out, insects can come in. Due to our cleaning team's hours being from 11 am to 3pm, we cannot constantly control this. Our apartments are extremely modern and brand new. We offer hotel-like amenities and are available 24/7 by phone call for any issues. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but most of what you listed on this review is beyond our control.
