This authentic fully fenced Ibiza finca with touristic license has different sunny private terraces, a barbecue with big dining table, a large swimming pool with 8 sunbeds, is set in the country side to get your well deserved rest. But it is also only 2 car minutes away from Santa Eulalia and 15 minutes from Ibiza city center.

A bar, restaurant and butcher are just around the corner and the nearest super market is only 1 minute drive away.

To explore the Island we do recommend a car.

The house has 3 double rooms, 1 single room (bed 1.35m) and 2 bathrooms, all accessible from the hallway which runs the length of the house.

From the cozy living room, the sitting room with fireplace and the kitchen you have access to the wide veranda where several seats have been created. On the large terrace there is a fixed barbecue and a dining table for 8 people.

From the swimming pool (8m x 4,5m) and the veranda you have panoramic views over the countryside of Ibiza and you can smell the herbs that grow there.

The bungalow is fully fenced and accessible through an automatic gate and there is room for 3 cars. Our house is perfect to come to your well deserved rest, but also to the cozy bustle within a few minutes. The center of Ibiza and the famous hippy markets Las Dalias and Punta Arabi are only 15 minutes away from the house.
