My apartment is located where lower Queen Anne and Belltown meet blocks from the Space Needle Nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of things going on within walking distance.

Very new and modern one bedroom apartment with a nice view of the city from the balcony.

For those who drive, there are plenty of non-timed street parking around.

The residents of the LQA are mostly single, urban professionals in their mid-twenties to early thirties who enjoy a healthy nightlife and unassuming upscale residences. The neighborhood retains a slightly more economical Belltown vibe. Plus, sometimes they have an express train (some call it a "Monorail") to Westlake Center.
