Our beachfront private villa is located right in Patar Beach, Bolinao w/c truly you will experience the serenity of the place peaceful & quiet. It has wifi, a living room, kitchen with utensils, gas stove, rice cooker and elec kettle, porch, studio type bedroom with aircon and a air conditioned loft/attic. A barbeque grill area outside and a cooking area. Its comfortably accomodate 4-13pax in the entire house including the loft. Loft has its own veranda. No brownouts (genset available)

Beachfront area, white sand. However, water level is shallow. Its above knee level or waist level during HIGH TIDES. Child friendly beach.

*5 min drive to Lighthouse
*7 min drive to Public beach area
*45 min to Bolinao water falls 1-2-3

Please note that this is a private family villa NOT hotel. No swimming pool. Swimming pool can be use next to the villa with discounted entrance fee (discounted fee is exclusive for the guest villa only)
Basic kitchen utensils are provided. Please bring your own kitchen utensils if more than our maximum capacity.

-Stove with gas are free to use.
-Grilling station is available pls bring your own charcoal or otherwise, sari-sari store nearby has a charcoal for sale.

Friendly neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. The beach is right outside our doorway so you can have your coffee in the morning and/or beer in the afternoon while enjoying a beautiful view of Patar beach. The place is safe and friendly neighborhood.

I work Monday 'till Friday in a power generating company. Saturday and Sunday is my off so I can be available to mingle with guest. However, I will always respect your privacy if you preferred to. A Mountaineer. A budget traveller, a Wanderlust. I planned my travels ahead of time, so by now I already have scheduled travel plans. A Movie addict but tend to forget the movie titles and the characters after watching. A story teller -real life story. Friendly and easy to get along with. Flexible.

On Airbnb, the first ever Airbnbier in Alaminos City and Bolinao. An experienced traveler and as well as tourist. My goal as a host is to bring the best ideas from all the places I've stayed at and apply them to my own Airbnb (but then, as we always say; we cannot pleased everybody). I try to make it efficient and convenient for the travelers far from home and full of information for the tourist. I aim to run the most hospitable Airbnbier in Alaminos City. :)

I can be reach through text or call anytime. Since I live and host a few rooms in Alaminos city near 100 islands, I sometimes visit weekends. However, a caretaker lives nearby. I will provide numbers once booking confirmed.
