Thank you very much for your feedback on your recent stay here at Genari apartments. I was most disappointed to learn that certain aspects of your holiday had not met with your expectations and run as smoothly as you had wished and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We assured that all your comments have been taken into serious consideration and all necessary action has been taken as a result of your feedback.
Furthermore, we are in the process of improving all aspects of our facility.
Regarding your comments, please allow me to point out the following:
The price policy in our apartments is set and approved by the demand on our region and the customer needs based on the category of each hotel/apartments (apartments in our case).
The price that you mention was for one person because we try to have a price policy for those that they travel alone or travel for business to our region.
Due to the comment about the washer /washing machine, we have to mention that there is a specific place/laundry that there is a washing machine that you can use it.
Also, for the Wi-Fi, we would like to inform you that there is available Wi-Fi connection to all of the areas of our apartments free of charge.
Finally, we would like to thank you again for your comment as this helps us improve our service standards.
