The apartment's location is special. Near Avenida Paulista Ave and Ibirapuera Park. Near subway and other public transportation. Within walking distance you can find several bars, restaurants, malls and the MASP Museum. The apartment has a nice size living room with an eating area , kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 full bathrooms. It also includes internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.

Miejsce
No additional guests are allowed to stay overnight beyond those clearly indicated in the beginning of the contract. Each guest who will be staying in the apartment must send a copy of his/her document (RG or passport) at least one week prior to arrival. This is a rule established by the condo association. No guest will have access to the apartment unless documents have been previously submitted. We only accept guests that have positive reviews from previews stays at other AirB&B locations. We do not deal with intermediaries who may want to book a stay for groups.

This is a very safe residential area of the city with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores, dry-cleaning and other needs within walking distance. There is a pharmacy accross the street that is open 24/7. There are also 3 taxi stations within one block of the apartament.
