After the initial two night's stay, Dec 27 and 28, Christian requested to rent my room for longer term but has to pay on a daily basis. For the third night, Dec 29, he paid around lunch time and stayed. For the fourth night, Dec 30, he was supposed to pay around lunch time but didn't, and I was expecting him to come back that night and paid because he locked the room and took the keys. Unfortunately, he called me around 4pm and said he found another place to stay so he was not coming back. But then he locked my room, so I requested him to give me back the keys so I can let another guest stay. His luggage was still inside my room, so he asked me if he could leave the luggage there since he planned to come back a week later. I said ok but if someone wants the room, he'll need to move them out.
A day later, another guest, Samer booked the room, so I had to call him again to move the luggage out to my living room.
Then I told him if he really wanted to stay another night, he needs to pay first due he has a tendency to ditch me last minute. He agreed to pay the next day, but I didn't receive anything.
Around 7:30pm on Thursday night, Jan 4, while I was having a night conference call, he sent me a message asking if he could stay that night and he will arrive at 9:30pm. I was busy at that time and just quickly responded to him and said he didn't pay. Then he showed up at my door around 10:30pm and wanted to stay, but I just finished my call and was still working and told him that he can't show up like that without advance notice and payment. I was not ready to receive any guests that night because I didn't clean any towels or bedsheets during the day. He was pissed and said he has no time for drama, then he took all his luggage from the living room and left.
Today is Saturday, January 6, I just received this review at 3:30pm from him saying it's not a drama free environment.
