Our home is a serene, cozy, 1 bedroom ground floor railroad apt. beside a community garden with windows in every room, high ceilings, original crown moldings, a round archway connecting kitchen and living space, french doors connecting living space and bedroom. We are on the border between the hip East Village & Lower East Side, on a residential street with a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping within a 2 block radius!

What a cute charming space for anyone staying in East Village! Its close to a lot of great places and I would recommend it for couples or two people coming to stay in NYC. Clean and comfortable.

This place is great, a small apartment, well designed and decorated. The bed is comfortable and the room has a lot of light. It has a good feeling to it. It takes about 10-15 min. to get to the subway station, and the neighbourhood seems nice and quiet.

A lovely place in the heart of a great neighborhood. Everything was so convenient. And the literary books and mags make it feel so artsy and cute!

Guinevere's place is a cozy gem of an oasis in the East Village. Very convenient to restaurants and more in the area. What I liked most was that the bedroom is next to a private garden that helps you feel relaxed and totally away from city noise. A quiet place perfect for relaxin…
