I am a 30 something professional and bar tend nights. I love travel, my favorite last two vacations were to a surf camp in Mal Pais Costa Rica and last summer to Mykonos Greece. I am a spontaneous traveler and like to get the real vibe of a place. That is one of the main benefits of airbnb is that it allows you to get an authentic vibe of how a place really is. I am hands off as a host. I do not like an overly involved host when I am staying somewhere and due to how much I work I am not around much. I really do live by the work hard, play hard motto. I snowboard, kayak, surf, ski, and go out to eat a lot. I was born in D.C and I am an east coast guy at heart. I love Colorado. My favorite band is adventure club, the book I am reading right now is Cloud Atlas, favorite TV is Mad Men House of Cards or Million Dollar Listing.
When hosting I make sure the sheets and bedding is super comfortable, there are multiple bath sheets, and trail size toiletries. I usually have beer and wine in the fridge you can help yourself to. I also have Apple TV Netflix and tons of dvd's for chilling at night, there are bikes you can rent a block from the house, and I have a folder with info on all the points of interest and good neighborhood spots. If you like to exercise while traveling running trails are a block and half from the house. Anything else just ask.
