I'm so sorry this was your experience, Joyce. I'm not sure what happened with our communication after you checked in, because before that, I was receiving your messages and vice versa. I did contact you on the day you checked in to notify you/review with you where to park. The second day, it appeared you were not here and I sent you a message asking if everything was OK and was concerned for your safety and wondering what may have happened. On the third day, we got a cancellation notice from Airbnb, stating that you had cancelled.
As far as the house goes, it is rustic, we have 2 children living on the property and while we do our best to clean and tidy for guests, our day to day life doesn't always allow for spic and span.
The upstairs bedroom does not have a separation between the bedroom and bathroom and I've tried to portray that in the fotos on the listing. The house and its builders have hippie roots and that was the design...open and free.
It states on our listing that there is an unfinished room adjacent to the upstairs bedroom.
The house does have some issues and we are always working on those as we are able with time, season and resources.
The bathtub is not listed as serviceable and the only "dirt" are some scratches on the side of the tub that show up as grey in color on the blue bathtub.
