Apologies again for the unexpected problems with the hot water during your stay, as you mentioned I was happy to refund the total cost of your stay to allow you to find somewhere else to stay.
I just wanted to clarify a couple of points from your review - you reported the hot water issue to me on the second night of your stay at around midnight on Monday so I assume it was working on the Sunday when you first arrived.
I replied to your messages within the hour to confirm that I would arrange for a plumber to attend and I'm sorry if you considered this to be a slow response.
Unfortunately, although the plumber got the hot water working on Wednesday morning, it then failed again later in the day and it transpired that a new part had to be ordered which had a lead time for delivery. It was at this stage that I offered a full refund to avoid any further inconvenience to yourself.
