A newly renovated home that looks directly onto Queens Park, with a north facing backyard and beautiful sunsets while enjoying the view from the front terrace in Summer. 1 off street park with all day street parking. Close to the city, Bondi Junction, Centennial Park and Bronte and Bondi beaches. A short flat walk to the shops and local bars and shopping. Strictly no parties and as we have close Neighbours at the rear there is a strict no loud noise/swearing and music in the backyard area!

The home is well maintained and has everything to make you feel at home. Secure and safe for families with children and quiet for those wanting to relax. There are 2 separate living areas with Foxtel and Apple TV movies to watch.

Some on the drawers/cupboards in the kitchen and living room are also locked. Wardrobes have a space available although some parts are locked.

There is a lovely fireplace in the main living room and the second living room has heated flooring. Both bathrooms have heated flooring. There are hundreds of movies available to watch in the Apple TV on both televisions and also Foxtel and Netflix. There is a couple of swings that both adults and children love.

Close to great shopping in Bondi Junction a short 10 minute walk or 4 minute Uber away, Bronte shops for groceries and takeout just a short stroll away. Or for beach goers the famous Bondi Beach is a 9 minute Uber away. There is the beautiful Queens park across the road and Centennial park also close by. Great food to be had at the local pub 3 minute walk. The City is also only an 8 minute Uber away. The cities best hotspots right on your doorstep. A quick 20 minutes to the airport as well..
