I am disappointed to read your review as the issues you mentioned were all rectified during your stay .
Unfortunately there was an admin error that meant the property was not cleaned before you checked in, however this was rectified and the property was cleaned within the hour, you also received a free mid stay clean as compensation for the inconvenience. The thermostat was not broken on the boiler, a plumber attended and confirmed the problem was down to user error, we also provided an additional heater and Martyn refunded you a night's stay even though there was no fault. Our maintenance team attended and rectified the smell of damp.
We have not received any other feedback concerning the wifi.
