This 4th floor condo offers guests comfortable accommodations with a relaxing view at a great Kihei location. Maui Vista is across the street from great beaches and in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. REMINDER! This is a perfect layout for family and couples vacationing. The loft bedroom has its own bathroom with enclosed shower. The main floor bathroom is shared by the second bedroom and guests. The living area is open and a good size to have family and friends sitting around planning the next day's events. The soft sleeper provides the third queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals at home or a good breakfast to start your day. Televisions are flat screen with internet access. High speed WiFi is available within the condo for your use. We have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, body boards, beach umbrellas, a large cooler, and snorkeling equipment (which we strive to keep in clean and in good working order). We include a PackNPlay, high chair, and stroller for young children with games, books, and DVD's for kids. The unit is air conditioned with separate temperature controls in different parts of the condo for your comfort
You have complete access to the Maui Vista grounds including its swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQs, and gardens. You also have full access to the condo and we hope that you will enjoy it and care for it as you would your own home. There is no charge for the use of air conditioning. We ask that you turn it off when leaving for the day as electric costs are quite high in Hawai'i. We would like to continue providing a/c at no cost, for your comfort.

We are not so fortunate to be able to live full time on Maui and have engaged a knowledgeable on-island agent who will be available for questions and any problems that may arise. Loads of information can be found at SheelerShelters on the web.

We know that many flights arrive early in the day and flights can leave late in the evening; we will gladly accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out when possible. Sometimes it won't be practical because we need time to ensure a thorough cleaning between guests but don't be afraid to ask.
Rental fees are subject to Hawai'i state accommodation tax (9.25%) and excise tax (4.166%). Cleaning fees are subject to excise tax. We invoice taxes through a popular payment website before arrival. Airbnb does not collect Hawai'i taxes on our behalf.
Maui Vista's "Short Form House Rules":
1. Quiet Time: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your cooperation is appreciated by all.
2. Smoking areas: This is a NO SMOKING resort. Smoking in the unit, lanai or in other areas of the property is not allowed. See smoking areas on the map provided.
3. ALL cars MUST HAVE a valid Parking Permit. Handicap parking stalls are noted. RESERVED parking at top of property is for owner's only. Security issues temporary parking passes Friday - Sunday. Guests register in the office for permanent pass. Avoid setting off car alarms.
4. Review unit house rules. Boogie boards, surf boards and towels are not allowed on the lanai or entryway.
5. Pool Hours at each building: 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Please read pool rules signs.
6. BBQ grills are for everyone's use. No large gatherings that prevent using BBQ area. Propane shuts off at 9:00 PM.
7. 2nd vehicles: 0-7 days $20. 8-31 days costs $35. We are not liable for damages to any vehicle.
8. Garbage dumpsters are located on the 1st floor. 2nd – 4th floors have garbage chutes near the elevator to deposit garbage in. Garbage hours are 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM
