Miss Ruth Liwanag (who DID NOT JOIN our guests AND DID NOT STAY in our house) poorly communicated or relayed to her group her actual reservation with us.
1.Ruth misinformed her group. She did not inform them that the number of guests paid for per night corresponds to the number of extra rooms that will be opened and that she did not pay for (2) extra rooms for all 4 nights.
We sent screenshots of our exchanges of messages to prove that she knows and understood that arrangement.
2.We requested for two(2) ALTERATIONS to favor her:
2.1. to pay per head per night for (5) guests staying only overnight.
2.2 and pay per head per night for (6) guests staying only for (2)nights,
Instead of paying for them for all the 4 nights of stay, therefore decreasing the number of rooms to open with the decreasing number of guests reserved and paid for every night.
3.Ruth did not communicate to us any change of plan and overstayed--who were supposed to stay only for 1 and some for 2 nights as per her paid reservation.
And that her confirmed supposed to be 16 guests only who will stay for all the 4 nights did not happen.
Since her group did not leave as scheduled she resorted to adamantly required to have (5) rooms opened throughout all (4) nights.
5. With all the chaos and wrong information she told the group, Ruth remained uncontactable and never answering calls and text which prompted us to seek airbnb resolution center to request for additional payments.
So frustrated with this guest that despite the favor we granted for her not to pay for all her 27 guests all throughout the (4) nights and trusted that she will be true to her word and commitment that some guests will leave on the first 2 nights and only 16 guests are mainstay, she misinformed and led the group to confusion and chaos.
Ms. Ruth Liwanag--despite your poor coordination and misinformation to your group, we still hope that they enjoyed their stay with us in Tali.
