The flat is located in a secure residential building on the 5th floor which is accessible via an elevator or stairs. As you enter into the flat, in front of you is the open living kitchen and dining area. Down the corridor there are the 3 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom and family bathroom.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
This room is lovely and light thanks to the large windows. The open plan kitchen adjoins to the living area and has everything you will need including large fridge freezer and cooking amenities. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
The living room has a large unique leather sofa, which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The large flat screen TV has Freeview channels, DVD player and Apple TV.
The funky 70’s inspired dining table is a great feature and can sit 4 people comfortably.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a sumptuous king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed which will be made up for you if requested at booking.
The ensuite to the master bedroom had a large bath with a shower attachment, toilet and his and hers basin. The family bathroom has a bath with a waterfall shower head attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note: There is a building site next door, in the final stages of works, and it can get a bit noisy during the day- 10-5. However during the night as it is courtyard facing it is exceptionally quiet given the location.
- Please note our house rules:
- -All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
- -There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
- -You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
- -As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets. In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year. This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
