This home away from home comfortably accommodates four people and is ideal for a family. Enjoy the two decks as well as the shared sauna and hot tub. You'll have access to a BBQ grill (summer months only), laundry facilities, parking for two cars, and a pool, which is open during the summer months.

The property provides a wonderful view of the pine woods, and the Canyon Lodge gondola is only 215 yards away. Also nearby is The Village with its many eclectic shops, dining options, and varying weekly activities like parades, movies, and wine tastings.

The main living area is spacious with a large, rustic fireplace as well as electric wall heaters, WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. You'll soon be warm and toasty after a chilly day on the slopes.

An open kitchen, dining, and living room area is handy for being able to cook and visit with your guests at the same time. You'll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with good storage and counter space.

There is a master bedroom with a spacious king bed and a small flatscreen TV. The master bath is accessible from both the bedroom and main living area. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another half bath.

Parking Notes: Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles is available in front of the unit. Spaces are not reserved, so first come, first served. Parking passes are located in unit.

There is a 2 car maximum for this complex. Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site, and there is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.

Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.
