This is a newly refurbished property on a main road in Skegness. There is a king-size bed in the large bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom (child 6 years and over only in top bunk). All bedding provided. Please bring your own towels.The main living area has a large sofa, kitchen area with microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and grill. A small fridge and sink area. TV/DVD player. Free wi-fi.
Access is through a lockable main front door straight into your accommodation. The apartment is called 'Sliema', guests have their own keys to access this apartment. On street parking available for 30mins between 9am and 6pm. No restrictions between 6pm and 9am. All day parking is available on the next street about 100 metres from property.

Terms and conditions
We appreciate guests who leave the apartment as clean and tidy as they find it. We provide cleaning products, tea towels and bin bags for you to use during your stay. Any rubbish should be placed in a black bin bag and can either be placed in the side alley of the Apartments ready for collection or left tied up in the apartment on your departure.
It rarely happens but if the apartment is left in an unacceptable state there may be a charge for additional cleaning upon checkout for guests who leave the apartment. If this happens photos will be taken and you will be notified of any extra charges.
Any extra person not included in original booking is an additional charge of £10 per night. If you have extra guests please let us know as we need the numbers for our insurance and if there are any emergencies, extra guests are not permitted without our permission. Any extra guests not booked in will be asked to leave the property.
The apartment is strictly a 'no smoking' apartment, any guests found to be smoking will incur and extra 'deep clean' charge of £50 this will be deducted from the security deposit..
Accidents happen so please report any damage to us promptly so we can decide how best to deal with it and if repairs need arranging before our next guests arrive. You may be charged for any damage caused during your stay.
We hope we never have to ask any of our guests to leave our premise, but any reports of anti-social behaviour such as loud noise, music etc will be dealt with quickly and you will have to leave, no refund for any remaining days will be issued.
Wi-fi is available free of charge during your stay, however this is reliant on our provider BT and if the signal fails or drops out we may be unable to deal with this during your stay.
