Coopers Cottage Annexe is an extension to a lovely old stone house, the contemporary & stylish design gives it a boutique feel. The annexe has a separate entrance, it is wheelchair accessible, with a breakfast room, en-suite shower room and spacious bedroom/living room. Doors open onto the terrace, & the delightful garden. In a quiet part of Axminster, minutes from the restaurants and shops of the town centre, including the famous River Cottage Canteen, 5 minute walk to the Railway Station.
The Annexe is accessed through the garden gates to the side of Coopers Cottage. It has been designed to be easily accessible to wheelchair users.
Bi-fold doors open into the breakfast room, this has a table with seating for four and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also a couple of easy chairs. Wifi is available throughout and there is a desk in the breakfast room.
A door leads through to the main room, a bright and airy space, with a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, a modern modular sofa which converts to a double bed or two singles, attractive rugs on the floors and a flat screen TV. The contemporary wet room, with rain shower head, leads off this room.
A second set of bi-fold doors lead out from the living room onto the terrace, which has a table and chairs overlooking the beautiful mature garden, the perfect spot to relax enjoy a glass of wine (or a coffee).
The Annex is suitable for any group or individual. It is not suitable for 'party people' as it is in a quiet residential area.

A full cooked breakfast, or muesli / cereals, will be provided between 8.00am & 10.00am (times can vary by arrangement). Please tell me in advance if you have specific dietary requirements so that I may cater appropriately for you.
Guest are able to pull into the drive to drop off and collect luggage There is no space for car parking on the premises. (an exception will be for disabled access, please confirm before arrival that this will be required). A public car park is adjacent to the property, charges apply (£3 per 24hr)
The Annexe is fully wheelchair accessible.
