Perhaps there was some misunderstanding that you did not like the hospitality of my partner, but it's nice to read that you found the place like beautiful and liked the cleanlinesson the villa, I believe this objective indicator is more important than subjective ones.
Just like to note that on the map on Airbnb its exact location of the villa, as well as in the description - that it is located very close to the Gran Bay. Its true, that there are no numbers on a street, but it is not our mistake, in many places in Mauritius it is like that. I was always at your disposal answering immediately your messages and gave to you my partner phone number in advance if you will have any problems to find a villa.
Also in the description there is information about the deposit and maid servise 6 days a week, except Sunday.
Dear James, after your rewiev we had to watch the video with the security in our office: unfortunately, during the deposit payment you gave credit cards (2 times), which bank refused to authorize, so my colleague was forced to take the deposit in cash. We accept Visa and MasterCard, debit or credit cards.
Once again, my apologies that I did not meet you personally and did not create for you the atmosphere that you expected.
