Dear Steve, Thank you so much for your review. As far as I understood from the correspondence, the biggest pain point during your trip was the condition of the roads in Taos. I heard that some people in your party had a new low profile high-end car and they were quite upset about the road. You also told me that your "cars got muddy and dirty and you had to have them washed and detailed afterwords".
I sincerely apologize about not warning about the conditions of the roads in Taos. Almost all the roads that go to the residential parts of town are dirt roads. I believe they keep them that way as a part of Taos "charm", roads of dirt and houses made of adobe mud.
I hope the car was not damaged, and again, I'm very sorry, it was my bad about not writing it in the description.
I also apologize about miscommunication with real estate agency. They were specifically asked not to disturb you, and I would like to stress the fact that they did not come into the house. More than anything else we respect our guests' privacy.
With this in mind, the experience was not as it had been anticipated.
On a personal note, Steve, I would like to thank you for smooth communication. You are FANTASTIC person. Just to confirm my words, I said exactly the same in my review about you. Thank you.
