Thank you for this feedback Kurt. You actually had a very high expectation that why you find it all in a hard way. The amenities mistake that just you’ve said 52 of them it was just 3 of that, the indoor fireplace that I didn’t know that that it’s like chimney (that I edited asap thru my settings), 2nd the washer dryer (that I gave already to your partner Ms. Lani the contact number that someone could pick-up and deliver you your laundry again), 3rd the GYM (that I’ve registered you at the Property Management so you could use for your whole stay. I think we didn’t have a good communication before your check-in due that your booking was INSTANT booking (that I replied I think you’re on your flight already). I think I actually listed the details at Description of Property.
We have different culture, this is Philippines. Sometimes you need to comsider things that doesn’t meet your expectations and standard. I understand your a very detailed person but things don’t just happend in a snap like you want to.
House Rules, again sometimes things change and policy change also by the Azure Management not ours (owner).
Hangers, the previous guest just bring it with him that’s why I boughg new to gave it to you. Not everything in Property is within our control because there’s a Management who gave policy and Regulations for the guest. And I would like to let know everyone that this is not a Five Star Hotel that could give you a five star hotel service, This is a Condotel, our property that been shared tho. And were doing our best part to gave a 100% good service to everyone but all of us had a different culture and all of us had a right to give feedback and I’m still thankful for your feedback Kurt.
