The (self-contained) Bothy is situated down a lavender lined pathway separate from the main house. We are in the Stonehenge World Heritage Site and right on the top of Iron Age hill fort, Vespasian's camp. Stonehenge is about 5 min drive.
Salisbury, the beautiful medieval cathedral city is 20 min drive.
A short walk is the town of Amesbury with pubs, restaurants and shops.
Breakfast is cereal, toast, yogurt
Dogs welcome (+£10)
We have a beautiful garden for you to share.
The Bothy consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with pull out sofa bed (please let me know in advance if you would like to use this) and a bathroom with a shower.
We welcome children if they are happy to sleep on the sofa bed or a travel cot can be set up in the sitting room, although space maybe tight. Please let me know if you would like to use the sofa bed.
There is high speed wifi for people who need to stay for business and a table to work at.
I have provided a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and small fridge.
We are happy for dogs to stay although we need to point out we have guinea pigs, a dog and chickens!
We are a family of five who are in our garden a lot. You are very welcome to share it with us and I have provided a table and chairs for you outside The Bothy. I will also provide additional seating further down the garden if you would enjoy a more peaceful area to watch the wildlife and chickens.
