We would like to welcome you to our beautiful home on the beach in Deganwy. The house is literally on the beach and the coastal footpath runs past the front of the house. In the village you will find three lovely restaurants, two cafes that do breakfast, lunches and teas, plus an Indian take-away and a cocktail bar.
The room is large and contains a double bed and a sofa and TV plus a table with 2 chairs. There is vanity area and a lovely bathroom with monsoon shower over the bath.
The apartment is at the back of our house, and is accessed from a stairway into a generous porch.
In addition to the listing on AirBNB we provide a kettle, mugs, glasses and a selection of tea and coffee, fresh milk and orange juice.
The studio is self contained giving you privacy and freedom to come and go as you llike.
Due to lingering smell created I am sorry, takeaway curries are not allowed.
There is a locked door in the vestibule between the room and the bathroom. This leads into our house and is locked on both sides.
Please do not try to open it.
The accommodation is self contained and accessed through it's own entrance. Guests are independent.
Originally from the Midlands we love living by the sea and enjoy the proximity of the beautiful hills and valleys of North Wales, ideal for walking or exploring the amazing history and culture of the area. Sailing is also our passion and we run our own Sailing School and Yacht Charter company from Deganwy marina.
We are also keen on travelling and lived on our own yacht for 2 years with our three children so that we could explore some of the world together before they grew up.
Our house is a three storey Victorian semi- detached villa situated across the road from the beach. I love gardening and Richard loves to cook fine food for our sailing guests. We are both very keen on wildlife both on shore and at sea.
